How It Works

Your spreadsheet is parsed locally using SheetJS (xlsx). Each worksheet is rendered as an HTML table with semantic headers, then handed to your browser's built-in "Save as PDF" printer. The output is a real vector PDF with selectable text and proper page breaks between sheets. Nothing is uploaded.

Tips for the Best PDF

• Hide unused columns before converting to keep tables narrow.
• Use bold first-row headers in Excel — they get styled blue automatically.
• For very wide tables (15+ columns), the landscape A4 page may still truncate. Split the sheet or scale to "Fit to width" in the print dialog.

Frequently asked questions

Are multiple sheets supported?

Yes. Every worksheet in the workbook is rendered as a separate section with a page break between sheets.

Will formulas be evaluated?

Cached formula results from the workbook are preserved. The tool doesn't recompute — what Excel last saved is what you'll see.

Does it support charts and images?

No. Only cell values, basic formatting, and headers are exported. For pixel-perfect chart export use desktop Excel's built-in PDF export.

What about merged cells and column widths?

Merged cells are honoured. Column widths auto-fit to content; landscape A4 is used by default to fit wide tables.

Is my data uploaded?

No. SheetJS parses the workbook entirely in your browser and the print-to-PDF runs locally too. Nothing is uploaded.
